/ REFUNDS

-Returns
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene purposes we do not accept returns press on nails. No returns on custom press on nail orders unless we accidentally send you a set that you did not purchase. 

For all other items, use our Contact page if you need to request a return. Please have proof of purchase and photos to show us the condition in which the item arrived at delivery. Once your return request is received and accepted, we will initiate the refund.

 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at tohnails@gmail.com. We will provide proof of processing your refund so that you may work with your financial institution(s) to solve the problem.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and you provide proof of such within 48hrs of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message through our Contact page.
